I have over 28 years’ experience in accountancy and tax and provide practical, straight forward and reliable advice to individuals and businesses alike, focusing on the SME sector.  I have built up a varied general practice portfolio and have a wide range of clients varying in both size and industry. I look after writers and authors, film and tv production companies, film, TV and theatre agencies, musicians and actors, property development and investment companies, recruitment agencies and consulting companies.

I enjoy helping new clients in the early stage of their careers as well as making sure established clients are set up in the best way and evolve efficiently depending upon the external and internal changes.  I particularly enjoy the tax planning aspects of my work and I also often provide Executor services to clients.

I started my career as a trainee with a well-respected general practice firm in Essex in 1998 where I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2003 and a Chartered Tax Advisor in 2004.  I joined Fisher Phillips in 2009 and became a Partner in 2011, where I also gained my Certificate in Probate and Estate Administration in 2018.  I then joined HW Fisher with our team in 2026.

I believe my professional experience, combined with a friendly and personable approach, allows me to understand my clients’ needs and provide practical advice they can trust.  I enjoy building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with my clients and helping them through the various stages of their life and career.

I have two children at home who keep me busy outside of work.  I also enjoy reading and regularly attend a local book club as well as squeezing in weekly park run and the odd gym session so that I can keep chasing around after the children!
