HW Fisher, the top 30 audit and advisory firm has bolstered its specialist Not for Profit team with the appointment of Carol Rudge as Head of Not for Profit (‘NFP’).
HW Fisher has been working in the NFP sector since 1933, assisting organisations of all sizes. Using her significant experience in the sector combined with her leadership skills, Carol’s role will be to build on these strong foundations growing the firm into a leader in the NFP sector working with charities, schools, universities, membership bodies, trade unions and other NFP organisations.
As part of her new role, Carol will also be joining the management team at HW Fisher as an equity partner to contribute to, and drive, the firm’s strategy and growth.
Carol is a member of the Charity Commission’s SORP committee and has worked with many leading NFP bodies across a broad spectrum of areas with a particular emphasis on external audit. She has also been a member of an audit committee of a large international charity. She is an accredited coach and a passionate believer in EDI.

Carol has considerable experience of heading successful Not for Profit teams across a number of leading accountancy firms. Having begun her career at KPMG, where she was instrumental in setting up their national Not for Profit team, Carol then went on to join Haysmacintyre before joining Grant Thornton in 2005 as head of Not for Profit, later also becoming global head.
