Our clients come from many different backgrounds and are active in all branches of commerce and industry. Our reputation is grounded in quality, delivering premium advisory services efficiently and cost-effectively.

Founded in 1933, the practice comprises 28 partners and approximately 300 staff supplying a range of services spanning audit, corporate taxation, private client services, VAT and forensic accounting, together with a range of sector groups offering specialist industry knowledge.

The Department:

The Private Client Tax department comprises 30 specialist staff and is headed by 6 Partners and 3 Directors. The department has a range of clients across sectors and size, with a focus on entrepreneurs, trusts, international clients and, at the top end, ultra high net worth individuals and household names.

The Role:

The Department is seeking to recruit a self-motivated and diligent individual who will already have a high level of technical expertise relating to UK (and interaction with overseas) taxes. All areas of personal taxation are dealt with but the individual will also need to be commercially aware and have a good working knowledge of corporation tax. There will also be interaction with the other partners of the Firm.

The Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in the above areas and has the required technical knowledge to be able to assist the department successfully. The position offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to demonstrate their technical skills over the department’s exceptionally diverse and interesting client base.

The candidate should ideally be CTA qualified.

We also expect the successful candidate to have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.

The Benefits:

  • Salary: competitive
